Q: Do you move furniture?
A: We ask that you have all small items removed or put up off the carpet before the technician arrives. Due to liability reasons, we do not move breakables, electronics or heavy/large items. Our technicians will clean around any items left in the room.
Q: Do you clean area rugs at your warehouse or on-site?
A: We clean area rugs on-site. With our new technology equipment and solution, there is no more need to clean the area rugs at a warehouse anymore.
Q: How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
A: Each property is different. It all depends on the type of traffic, pets, use, amount of people. QuikDri Carpet Cleaning LLC recommends having your carpets cleaned every 6 to 12 months to expand the life of your carpets.
Q:Do you apply a protector to the carpets and upholstery?
A: We do have protector available for the carpets and upholstery. However, it is available as an additional service.
Q: How long does it take for the carpets to dry?
A: The average time it takes for the carpets to dry is 45 minutes. There are some circumstances where the technician may need to apply extra solution to the carpet, which may take a little longer.
Q: What type of payment do you take?
A: We take cash, local check, and credit/debit cards (visa, discover, American express and mastercard). *There is a $5 processing fee is credit/debit card is used.
